One Stop Enrollment
Students
who need assistance with advising, registration, billing, or financial aid
should visit One Stop to meet with a counselor.
One Stop consolidates these services at one location where students can receive outstanding customer
service and get their questions answered.
Located
on the first floor of Bonaventure Hall, One Stop is available for all
undergraduate students in traditional, daytime programs.
One
Stop Desk Service Hours
Monday-Friday, 8
a.m.–5 p.m.
Summer Hours (May-August): 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Schedule
an appointment with your One Stop advisor.
- Pick
up and drop off forms for One Stop, the Registrar’s office, and the
Financial Aid office.
- Request
a copy of your transcripts.
- Receive
general information about financial aid and the application process.
- Obtain
a copy of your class schedule.
Fast
Track Walk-In Hours
Monday-Friday, 11:30
a.m.–1:30 p.m.
- Make
schedule changes including: adding, dropping, and withdrawing from
classes.
- Ask
about your bill and payment plan options.
- Get
answers to quick questions about your financial aid or the financial aid
process.
One
Stop Advisor Appointment Hours
Monday-Friday, 9
a.m.-4 p.m. (limited walk-in availability or by appointment)
- Register
for classes.
- Add,
drop and withdraw from classes, and make other schedule changes.
- Complete
a long-range plan to determine number of credits/semesters needed for
graduation.
- Ask
about your bill and payment plan options.
- Receive
financial aid counseling and learn about additional financial aid options.
